As Corporate Finance Expert, you will have the opportunity to work on domestic and international projects with a varied scope of work. Your services will focus on the following activities:

- Financial planning and establishment of decision criteria for meeting xcapital requirements
- External financing (own financing, equity financing, third-party financing)
- Internal financing
- Preparation of structured equity requirement
- Placement of private equity
- Restructuring of equity portfolio
- Preparation of a target portfolio
- Proposal of suitable and high-yielding investments
- Follow-through of economic viability analysis
- Monitoring of greenfield investments
- Relocation of production units

After successfully graduating in economics, you have gained some years of professional experience in M&A or equity management. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are team-oriented. You are committed and persuasive, a good negotiator, and can communicate well in English. You are between 35 and 45 years old.
