Responsibilities:
- Independent and fully
responsible advisory support for M&A projects, right from acquisition
of contract up to implementation of innovative service solutions
- Follow-through of market analysis and benchmark studies as well as development
of strategy concepts
- Development of area of responsibility
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. After graduating in business and economics, you have gained some years of professional experience in M&A or equity management. You are committed and persuasive, a good negotiator, and you can communicate well in English and in German. You are between 35 and 45 years old.
We expect from our future co-entrepreneurs a high degree of expertise, strong commitment, loyalty, the ability to work with a team, and an entrepreneurial sense of responsibility.
