FCI's Strategy and Management consultants work on domestic and international projects for companies in a wide variety of sectors. The scope of their work extends from analysis of existing business processes up to development of strategy concepts:

xand distribution networks, support for phased entry into new markets

- Corporate analysis
- Cost structure analysis
- Risk analysis, investments
- Restructuring
- Turnaround management
- Business process re-engineering
- Business planning
- Development and implementation of client-specific management concepts

After successfully graduating in business studies, you have gained some years of professional experience in strategy and management consulting or in management of a manufacturing or service company. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are team-oriented. You are committed and persuasive, a good negotiator, and can communicate well in English. You are also up-to-date on IT developments. You are between 35 and 45 years old.
